“Just to clarify my thinking what phase of this is it you wanted to think over? DONT PAUSE “Is there something that I have forgotten to cover? Is it ____________? Is it _________________? Could you level with me could it possibly be the money/price/payment?”

This will allow you to isolate the objection and move forward with the close.</description>
